Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of marketing.inc and the Verified Credential and Agency Hub plans. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms. Plans are currently offered to customers in the United States only.

Verified Credential is a verified professional profile for individuals. Agency Hub is a verified profile for agencies and firms. Both include a custom profile URL, lead capture and analytics, as described on the pricing page.

You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@marketing.inc if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Every profile is reviewed before it is published. For Verified Credential we check your LinkedIn profile, testimonials and portfolio, plus screening questions. For Agency Hub we check state business registration and annual report, website, email and phone, portfolio and testimonials.

If the details don't match or a check fails, your application is rejected and we tell you why. Your profile stays unpublished until it is approved. You will not be charged the yearly price while your profile has not been approved.

New plans start with a $1 payment for your first month. On the date shown at checkout (30 days after that payment), your card is charged the yearly price — $199/year for Verified Credential or $499/year for Agency Hub — for 12 months, and every year after that until you cancel.

If the introductory offer is no longer available, the yearly price is charged at checkout and renews every year until you cancel.

By checking out you authorise us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the card you provide for these amounts on these dates. We email you a reminder 7 days before every yearly charge, showing the amount, the date and the card that will be charged.

You can turn off auto-renew at any time in Dashboard → Billing with one click. It takes effect immediately: you won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel before your first yearly charge and you won't be charged the yearly price. We email you a confirmation showing the date your access ends.

The $1 first-month payment is non-refundable. Yearly charges can be refunded in full on request within 30 days of the charge. See the Refund Policy for details.

You keep ownership of the content you add to your profile. You give us permission to host and display it on marketing.inc so the service works. You must have the right to publish everything you upload, including testimonials, logos and portfolio work.

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

If we make a material change to these terms or to your price, we will email you before it takes effect. A price change applies only from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
